Hi, I’m Shankar, your Lean Manufacturing Coach and Consultant.

With the grace of God, Founded Industrysix Solutions and SDLINC Group Management Services in 2012 with a vision to help organizations achieve operational excellence through Lean Manufacturing principles. Over the past decade, we have partnered with numerous companies, guiding them on their Lean Transformation Journey and enabling sustainable growth through process improvement and people development.

As a Mechanical Engineer graduated from CPT Collage, Taramani, Chennai with extensive experience in Operations and Quality Management, I previously served as Deputy Manager at TVS Group – Wheels India Limited. My professional journey as a Freelance Trainer and Consultant has allowed me to work closely with diverse industries and teams, refining my belief in self-development, time consciousness, continuous learning, and practical problem-solving.

Beyond work, I’m passionate about Teaching, music, creative design, motivational speaking, Life science Counselling, youth development, mentoring, and entrepreneurship coaching. I believe that growth is a lifelong process — both for individuals and organizations.

   We partner exclusively with private organizations (Partnerships, Private Limited, and Public Limited companies).
   We do not engage with government, quasi-government bodies, or cluster-based initiatives funded by ministries, NGOs, or similar agencies.

2. Legal & Ethical Compliance
   We strictly adhere to all applicable laws and regulations, maintaining transparency in every business transaction.

3. Confidentiality
   All client data, documents, and business information are treated with the highest level of confidentiality and security.

4. Integrity Above All
   We never compromise our values or ethics for business gains, project wins, or profits.

5. No Gifts or Bribes
   We do not offer or accept gifts, favors, or bribes under any circumstances. Our professional relationships are built purely on trust and merit.

6. Conflict of Interest
   We avoid conflicts by not working with competing companies within a rolling period of three months.

7. Non-Recruitment Policy
   We do not recruit employees from our clients during any active engagement period.

8. No Employment Recommendations
   We do not recommend individuals for employment to client organizations unless there is a formal, mutual agreement in place.
